Aluprof SA will process the indicated data pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 point b (processing is necessary to take action at the request of the data subject before the conclusion of the contract) GDPR *.
I am aware that providing data is a voluntary contractual condition, and failure to provide it will result in the inability to register for the Aluprof SA training.
Who and for what purpose will have access to your data

The data in the form of first and last name, email address, company name and address, contact phone number will only be used to register for the training organized by ALUPROF SA.
The data provided by you will be disclosed only to authorized employees of Aluprof SA and an external service administration provider. Your data may also be disclosed to competent authorities if they are authorized to do so in accordance with applicable law.
The period of processing your data
Your personal data will be processed for a period of 1 year from the date of training for evidence purposes. During this period, the data will not be used for marketing purposes, and after this period will be deleted.
What rights do you have?
You have the right to request from Aluprof SA access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data and obtain a copy thereof. To do this, send the request information to aluprof@aluprof.eu.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
