ALUPROF S.A. will process the personal data you have provided on the basis of Article 6, item 1(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation* because the processing “is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract”.
I am aware that providing my personal data is a voluntary contractual condition and that not providing them will make it impossible to register for the ALUPROF S.A. training course.
Who will have access to your data and for what purpose?
The Administrator of your personal data is ALUPROF S.A., having its registered office at ul. Warszawska 153, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, tel.: +48 (33) 819 53 00, e-mail: aluprof@aluprof.eu.
Your personal data in the form of your given name, surname, e-mail address, company name and address and your phone number will be used solely to register you for the training course organised by ALUPROF S.A.
The personal data you supply will only be disclosed to ALUPROF S.A. staff members and the external provider of administration services to our website. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the competent authorities, inasmuch as they are thus empowered by the law in force.
Data processing period
Your personal data will be processed for evidential purposes for a period of one year from the day on which the training course takes place. During that period, they will not be used for marketing purposes and once the period is over, they will be deleted.
What are your rights?
You have the right to require ALUPROF S.A. to give you access your personal data, to rectify them, erase them, restrict their processing, object to their processing, transmit them and obtain copies of them. In order to exercise any or all of these rights, please send the relevant information to aluprof@aluprof.eu.
